Newt promises a new space industry and exploration of Mars via this new moon base idea. What could this do for David Icke’s Moon Matrix Theory? Does this support it or does it expose it? Perhaps Newt would only allow certain privileged astronauts up on this moon base. It’s interesting none the less.
